    Lomi Lomi

    Lomi Lomi is an ancient massage style native to the Hawaiian Islands. Lomi means “to knead”, and is comprised of long sweeping strokes along the entire body, primarily using forearms and elbows.

    Cupping

    Cupping is an ancient healing method that may ease back pain, neck pain, headaches and other issues. It uses suction to pull on your skin and increase blood flow to the affected area. Extremely beneficial for chronic pain.

    Lymphatic Drainage Massage

    Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. Relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system.

    Deep Tissue

    Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain.
